An office in the centre of Amsterdam is a deliberate choice for many companies. Staff arrive by public transport, clients find you easily and the surroundings give energy. But not every central office suits every company. Here is what to look at.
1. Accessibility
Think about how your team and visitors arrive. An office within walking distance of Amsterdam Centraal saves travel time and is easy to find for visitors from out of town. Hekelveld 8–10 is about a six-minute walk from the station, with trains, metro, trams and buses. By car, the building is reached via the A10, and public car parks are nearby.
2. Is the office already furnished?

3. Facilities in the building
