When searching for office space you will meet the terms ready-to-use, turn-key and fully furnished. They mean roughly the same: you do not have to arrange anything yourself and can start right away.

## What does ready-to-use mean?

A ready-to-use office is delivered with everything you need day to day. At Hekelveld 8–10 that means:
